About The Program
Board Factory is a one-of-a-kind, hands-on learning experience that connects classroom learning to the world beyond it. Through the design and creation of boards like skateboards, snowboards, and paddleboards, students turn their interests into real-world skills, blending creativity, engineering and problem-solving along the way.
Board Factory doesn’t stop in the classroom. It opens doors to outdoor experiences, industry connections and future career pathways, giving students the chance to explore what’s possible when learning is driven by passion and purpose.
Whether students are building their first board or preparing for internships in Colorado’s outdoor industry, the program empowers them to create, explore, and take ownership of their learning journey.
